These terms are the contract between you and MB Kriptika. By buying a report you agree to them.
This version applies from 2026-09-10
This document was drawn up in Lithuanian. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Lithuanian version prevails. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of their own country of residence.
The service is provided by MB Kriptika, company code 306375825, registered office V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania.
Email info@kriptika.lt, telephone +370 673 51770. Website tracebrief.io.
The company is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the price.
You give us one blockchain transaction hash or address. We automatically follow where the funds moved from that point and produce a report as a PDF.
The report sets out: the path the funds took; the points where the trail ends; whether those points belong to an exchange, a protocol or another service; and what specifically you can do next - who to write to and what to give them.
Every statement in the report is supported by a transaction hash that the police, a lawyer or an exchange can verify independently, without coming back to us.
The report is produced in one of 10 languages - choose when ordering. You always receive an English version as well: exchanges and international bodies normally accept only that one.
This section is the most important one. Read it before buying.
It does not recover funds and does not guarantee their recovery. We are not an exchange, a law enforcement body or a recovery service. The report is an evidence document you give to those who can act.
It is not legal advice. It does not replace a lawyer and is not an opinion on your rights or on the prospects of your case.
It does not name natural persons. We label only companies and services. The name of an address owner cannot be established from blockchain data, and we do not attempt it.
It does not work past a mixer. A mixer deliberately breaks the link between what goes in and what comes out. No analysis - ours or commercial - leads past it.
It depends on public blockchain data. If funds moved to a chain we do not support, or the trail fans out so far that attributing a specific amount is no longer honest, the report says so rather than inventing an answer.
If the free check shows that none of these paths leads anywhere, we do not offer you a report.
Before paying you can check your case free of charge. You enter an address or a transaction hash and within a few minutes you get a verdict: whether the trail leads anywhere, how many steps it ran, and what kind of ending it has.
The check does not show addresses, hashes, names or amounts - that is the content of the paid report. It serves one purpose: to let you decide whether it is worth buying.
If the check says we are not offering a report, we do not sell one. That is a decision, not a recommendation.
The number of checks from a single internet address is limited, so that the service stays available to everyone.
One report costs 49 EUR. That is the final price; no VAT is added, because the company is not registered for VAT.
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not see or store your card details.
The price is set by the server. The browser never sends the payment amount.
You receive the invoice by email together with the report.
Work on the report starts once we receive confirmation of a successful payment.
It is usually ready within one hour. We undertake to deliver it no later than 24 hours after payment.
The report is sent as a PDF file to the email address given in the order. If you have not received the email within 24 hours, check your spam folder first, then write to us at info@kriptika.lt.
If for technical reasons the report cannot be produced, we contact you and refund the full amount.
Under Article 6.228-10 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, which implements Directive 2011/83/EU, a consumer normally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For digital content and services that begin immediately, that right is lost if the consumer expressly requested it and acknowledged that the right is thereby lost.
That is why the order form asks you to confirm two things separately: (1) that you request the service to start immediately, without waiting for the 14-day period to end; (2) that you know you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been performed.
Both confirmations are stored with the order, with the exact time.
If you do not tick both, the order cannot be placed.
We refund in full if: the report was not delivered within 24 hours and the problem was on our side; the report contains a factual error we cannot correct; or the payment was made twice.
We do not refund if the report was delivered and is technically correct but its content does not satisfy you - for example, the trail ends earlier than you hoped, or the funds cannot be recovered.
That is precisely why the free check runs before the purchase: so that you know what to expect and such situations do not arise.
If you find an error in the report, write to us within 14 days of receiving it. We correct errors free of charge; if correction is impossible, we refund the money.
By giving us an address or a transaction hash you confirm that you have a lawful basis to investigate this case - usually that means you are the person who suffered the loss.
The service is not intended for tracking people without a lawful basis. If we notice such use, we reject the order and refund the money.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you give us. The wrong address or the wrong chain will produce a report about the wrong case.
The service is provided as it is. Data is taken from public blockchain sources, which may be unavailable or incomplete.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid. This limitation does not apply to the extent that mandatory law does not allow liability to be limited, including damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and damage to health or life.
We are not responsible for the decisions of third parties - exchanges, law enforcement bodies, lawyers - or for their inaction.
Write to us first at info@kriptika.lt. We reply within 14 calendar days.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, vvtat.lt).
Consumers in other EU countries may contact the European Consumer Centre in their own country.
Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of their own country of residence.
These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the time the order was placed.
