Refund policy

When we refund, when we do not, and why the line is drawn exactly here.

This version applies from 2026-09-10

This document was drawn up in Lithuanian. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Lithuanian version prevails. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of their own country of residence.

In short

1.Why the line is drawn here

The report is work done on your case: the funds are followed on the chain, the endpoints are checked, the document is produced. That work happens even when the answer is unwelcome.

If we refunded everyone who disliked the answer, the only remaining incentive would be to write reports that sound encouraging. We will not do that.

So we drew the line somewhere else: we sell you nothing until you have seen what to expect. The free check runs before payment, and if it shows there is no trail, we do not offer a report.

2.We refund in full

The report was not delivered within 24 hours of payment and the reason is on our side.

The report contains a factual error - for example the wrong transaction or the wrong endpoint - and we cannot correct it.

The same order was paid for twice.

The order was rejected because we cannot carry it out.

Money is returned by the same method it was paid, within 14 days of the decision.

3.We do not refund

The report was delivered, is technically correct, but the trail ends earlier than you hoped.

The funds were not recovered. The report is a document, not a fund recovery service - this is stated both in the terms and on the sales page.

An exchange, the police or another authority did not respond or declined to act.

You changed your mind after the report had already been produced and sent - when ordering you separately confirmed that you asked us to start immediately and that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

4.How to contact us

Write to info@kriptika.lt and give the order number (it is in the subject line of the email, in the format TB-XXXXXXXX).

Describe briefly what is wrong. If it is a factual error, say where in the report it appears.

We reply within 14 calendar days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt), or the European Consumer Centre in your own country.
